the staff had excellent customer service and was very attentive. the harbor view from my room was beautiful and the room was tidy. it gave perfect lighting, i did get good scenery.

the restaurant offers a 20% reduction , quite advantageous. breakfast was average, though the fruit was good, which i appreciated. the hotel location have many eateries.

staff at the front desk were fantastic and obliging throughout the hotel. the housekeeper was thorough and going above expectations, it makes happy. they are very friendly and helpful.

the hotel includes a complimentary laundry room and it provide capsules, its convenient. the gym has dumbbells up to 20 kg, yoga mats, and some cardio machines, very suitable. automatic block out blinds are available.

the staff seemed nice enough. the room included an automatic blackout blind. i guess that's something.
i had some issues . the gym was undeniably dinky, more like a closet with a treadmill. hairs seemed to multiply around the room. also, i could not figure out the erratic cleaning schedule.

The staff were friendly. This was acceptable.
The room I received wasn't the double bed I booked. I had to complain before I was moved to a different room with a single bed! That was not ideal. the windows were dirty. This obstructed the view, so I couldn't take good photos.

The location is very nice! it has lots of nearby eateries. the bus and tram stations are just downstairs, very convenient. all facilities are clean and well maintained. i appreciated the free laundry. It was helpful for my longer stay.
